Green Jobs, Green Savings - We need both!

After much preparation, the time is upon us! The public hearing for the Green Jobs, Green Savings bill, authored by Opportunity Maine and sponsored by Rep. Seth Berry, is tomorrow.

If you can join us in Augusta, please let me know so we can make arrangements.

Meet us for coffee and updates at: Cross Cafe, 1st floor, Cross Office Building, next to the Statehouse

When: 8:30-9:00 AM

Date: Wednesday, April 1st

We'll give a brief overview, answer your questions and then head up to the Utilities & Energy Committee room (2nd floor, Room 211) at 9:00 AM to start the hearing.

During the day, we'll also help you find your legislator so you can let them know about this bold initiative to create thousands of jobs, cut energy bills, reduce our carbon footprint, and build a sustainable economy for this and future generations of Mainers.
